About

Michael Dabels

Edmonton region.

Michael has spent more than twenty years as a Canadian infantry officer. He set standards at the Infantry School, and today he commands a rifle company and a training company. His job has always been to read a situation fast, cut it down to what matters, and brief people who have to act on it.

Damocles Edge brings that discipline to politics and policy. Michael holds a degree in political science and builds riding-level intelligence and policy explainers for candidates in Alberta and British Columbia. Every figure is traced to its source, and every brief ends with what it means for you.

• Set a standard. Brief the situation. Make the team able to act without waiting for the principal.
